Andrew is an executive with global experience; a senior partner of a Gippsland-based private equity agroforestry business; a co-owner of a Melbourne-based residential property group; and has coached elite age group basketball. He holds qualifications in engineering and logistics, further developed through executive leadership programs.

Andrew has a passion for everyone to be at their best. To support this, he has established Capable and Resilient Leaders — offering broad-based employment and personal self-assessment and coaching.
On a personal note, Andrew is a father to three highly capable and lovely daughters. He is a 16× Ironman finisher including the 2019 Ironman World Championship in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii — and in July 2023 and August 2024, swam the English Channel.
